This client, a well known Engineering firm in Bakersfield, California, has an immediate need for a Engineering Recruiter. The ideal candidate will have extensive recruitment experience, ideally specialized in recruiting candidates with Oil & Gas industry experience including but not limited to: Petroleum Engineers, Geologists, CAD Drafters/Operators, Petrophysicist, Project Managers, etc. Position will entail the complete process of recruiting, screening, interviewing (phone and in-person), and retention of technical employees. Candidate will demonstrate strong initiative and drive to succeed as well as display a successful ability to increase the placement of candidates both for in-house as well as for positions with the company's clients. Company prefers the chosen candidate to hold a Bachelor's degree and have prior technical recruiting experience equivalent to 3 years of "real world" experience.
