Help bring quality talent to the San Joaquin Valley! Local Oil and Gas Engineering firm is seeking a new Technical Recruiter to work in the Human Resources office. Qualified applicant is responsible for recruiting Technical and Civil Engineers by sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates utilizing an internal database tool, internet, referrals, networks and other recruiting activities. Skills/Knowledge required for this job include:
Good working knowledge of MS Office applications:
Effective communication skills
Must be able to multi task
Good command of English Spelling & Grammar
Possess good understanding of Immigration and PIT compliance issues
Assist in the development of leading concepts/ content for attractive advertisements
Ideal Candidate:
Bachelors degree is preferred.
Oil and gas experience is strongly preferred.
At least 3 to 5 years experience in the recruiting and Human Resource industry is required.
Strong Interpersonal skills
Strong technical recruiting competence with the ability to work in a diverse cultural environment and communicate effectively across international boundaries.
