Entry level position in the heart of Bakersfield. Assist multiple departments with various tasks. Self-starter with good written and oral communication. Must be computer literate. Must be able to multi-task with excellent organization skills.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Speaking with suppliers and customers
Screening telephone calls
Handle personal errands
Provide monitoring and follow-up on special projects
Manage a variety of administrative duties including filing, faxing, copying, etc.
Draft correspondence and responses as directed
Provide direction and support to other departments as directed

Requirements include but are not limited to:
Basic knowledge of chemistry and biology
Must be professional in attitude and attire
Detail oriented
Multi-task
Good written and verbal communication
Deadline oriented
1-3 years related experience

High School Diploma
Some college preferred
